Parents are always willing to buy the diaper which lasts longest. Most of the diaper companies advertise their product in terms of more hours of usage viz 8 hours, 12 hours or more.

We noticed that some parents were changing the diaper every 8-12 hour as given in advertisement. Usually it is quite annoying for parent to change diaper twice or thrice in midnight. This caused recurrent rashes in private parts of baby. When we changed the frequency of diaper to 2-3 hours the rashes disappeared.

So parents are advised not to go with advertised duration of diaper. Change the diaper every 2-3 hour if required. Constant touch with urinated diaper for more than 2-3 hour causes rashes in babies.

How we started:

We started 8 years back from a single baby and concentrated on the best possible care of babies, quality meals and maximum help to parents. We remained slow in taking new admissions and focused on care to our babies. We created a new space where parents required long creche working hours through genuine hands. Thousands of people queried us, hundreds applied and few got the admission. 


New approach:

By the year  2015 we felt that most of the parents who applied us online are educated, IT savvy and are comfortable with online  admission, therefore we added this in admission system. Most of non- confidential information about the Creche was uploaded on the website and parents were given choice to apply online. The information given by parents was kept confidential and applications were considered when vacancy arise. The approach was liked by middle and top level managers of emerging India. This never hampered application requests to us.


How we care:

Most of visitors are anxious to visit the creche first before they apply for admission. We made admission process such that only those who are willing to go through our online admission process are given access. Thus it became a tool of crowd management for us. Some parents tried to visit first and they were refused. Whenever we are able to give admission to baby we issue appointment and call parents for a free interaction. Parents get a inside view of how we care.


Caretaker ratio:

Every parent is concerned about the Caretaker ratio. However you will be surprised to know that ill-experienced caretaker equals to zero care. It is better to have adequate experienced caretakers than having a army of ladies. Many parents who employ 24 hours house maids feel that they will be better cared if caretaker ratio is 1:1. This theory may sometimes hamper the social growth of the Baby. Employing caretakers never remained a problem for the creche. The reason why could we do this is was that parents cooperated us whenever we raised fee; which made us to pay above market price for our caretakers. We purchased more working hours from caretakers than usually expected. 


Are you a mom:

If you a mom you can understand us. How difficult is for you when your baby is taking a nap or taking feed and some stranger knocks. This will make your infant uncomfortable; and safety of mom and baby is compromised. Here lies the logic why we do not allow unknown admission seekers for visiting the creche.

Despite our rigorous admission process we still get lot of requests of admission from following categories of parents:

Nuclear Family: Parents of baby staying alone; with full time maid, but they trust her fully but baby needs socialization.
Nuclear Family: Parents of baby staying alone with full time maid, but they can not trust her fully.
Nuclear Family: Parents of baby staying alone without any full time maid
Joint Family: Parents of baby staying with working grandparents. 
Joint Family: Parents of baby staying with grandparents at home. All have cordial relation. But baby is not taking meal and has become very cranky and baby needs socialization.

How often baby fell sick

This is equally applicable to adults. Adults are fit from Mon-Fri and fell ill on Sunday because of disturbance in routine. By our experience we have felt that babies having a routine with the creche are perfectly health till Saturday. When babies come on Monday after a break of Sunday some of them catch flu/fever or other digestive of respiratory disorders. The hidden reason we have found is due to change in diet pattern of baby on Sunday, Travel stress and bad weather. On holidays parents go for outing; take dinner at restaurant/hotel/mall at odd hours..this probably disturbs biological clock and health of the babies.. 

What consumer expect from service provider

At Om Sai Creche parents expect that baby is under constant family care, gets time meal, issues of girls are never compromised. At the time of admission parents are informed about the risk factors and promises we make and what / how we do our work. Caring a baby is never a part time job. It's always full time responsibility with hundred percent dedication to care of baby. Excepting the admission process Om Sai Creche has made the things very simplified. Once a baby is admitted moms feel very free and comfortable.

Service Providers want to take best value of the services rendered by them. Consumers want to take best services out of the price they have paid.
